Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

• MBA, especially from reputed Public Universities.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age At least 25 years

• Outgoing personality with a self-driven learning mindset.

• Strong project coordination and execution skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Bangla, with strong presentation abilities.

• Analytical and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), MS Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

• Strong team player capable of working with cross-functional teams at all levels.

Job Context

This role involves extensive data gathering, organizing, preparing reports, and presenting information in a meaningful manner. The Analyst must understand business processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support projects that drive business goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market and customer trends, collect data, and prepare reports.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Plant, Design, and other cross-functional teams to assist in internal projects.

• Gather information from internal departments to monitor customer-specific and internal business KPIs.

• Prepare and present periodic KPI and business reports to the Marketing Head.

• Coordinate, organize, and attend internal/external business meetings with the Marketing Head, including taking minutes, summarizing, and sharing recaps.

• Support other ad-hoc business and project activities as assigned.
