This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, team coordination, and ensuring operational excellence in the transport sector.

 

• Supervise and guide passengers during AC & Non-AC bus journeys

• Ensure passenger comfort, safety, and service quality onboard

• Collect tickets/fare from passengers and maintain proper records

• Submit trip income & expenses to the head office accountant

• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage handling

• Maintain discipline and resolve passenger complaints politely

• Coordinate with drivers, helpers, and station staff for smooth operations

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management

• Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and travel schedules strictly
