Experience:

• 3 to 7 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering(Electrical/Mechanical) preferred.

• 3 to 7 years

• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and BMS systems.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and tenants.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day building and facility operations.
• Oversee cleanliness, security, and electromechanical equipment maintenance.
• Manage and supervise housekeeping, security, and technical teams.
• Conduct regular inspections, safety drills, and emergency response planning.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and fire safety systems.
• Coordinate with outsourced vendors and verify SLA compliance.
• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure documentation, licenses, and safety compliance are up to date.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, bills, utility reports, and checklists.
• Submit operational, utility, and incident reports to management.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
