• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Electrical Engineer Preferred

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Sub-station operation, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance (including estimation and design-drawing)· 
• HVAC system: Preparing BOQ, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance (Chiller System: Water & Air Cooled, VRF, Split type) with Design and Drawing.
• Generator Operation, Maintenance, and Installation.·      
• Sound knowledge of BBT with Design and Drawing.·  
• Dry/Oil type Transformer·      
• Lift Operation & Maintenance·      
• Design and Drawing on FDB & SDB also have experience in Maintenance. 
• Firm knowledge of High/Low voltage Circuit Breakers, MC, Automation, and other protection systems.·      
• Firefighting system.·      
• PA System.·      
• BEMS system operation with Design and Drawing·    
• Preparation of Electrical billing system of a running project both DPDC & Generator Systems. 
• Maintaining the teamwork between the electricians, generator operators & lift operators.
• Should have a sound knowledge of preparing work reports, BOQ, work schedules, and project planning.·      
• Collect rent from Tenants and deposit it in the Bank.·      
• Prepare money receipts for tenants against rent collection.·    
• Collection of Service charge bills from clients and deposit to the Bank.
• Prepare monthly maintenance bill submitted & collection statement.
• Prepare monthly dues statement.·      
• Prepare a rental income statement.·      
• Prepare owners association fee Statement.
