Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation and master's degree in Applied Nutrition/ Nutrition / nutrition science with good academic result.
∎ Post-graduate qualification in nutrition, public health , Nursing or a closely related field, those with degree in nutrition will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the BSFP/TSFP activities of the nutrition program and ensure the activities are conformed to the different protocols and guidelines (national, international, etc).
∎ Monitor and evaluate BSFP/TSFP activities, including supervision of physical examination, referral, delivering of key messages to beneficiaries, distribution of food, etc.
∎ Ensure the quality of referrals from the BSFP/TSFP to OTP, or other facility and liaise with the CNV supervisor and TSFP/BSFP supervisor (follow up special cases, follow up transfer out, etc.).
∎ Ensure to monitor the nutritional status for all children and to keep a track of child growth, performance of the treatment.
∎ Ensure to provide timely, accessible and appropriate ration for children 6 to 59 months and PLWs.
∎ Ensure community mobilization and empowerment through promoting good nutrition, health and young child feeding and caring practices.
∎ Implement all hygiene protocols and infection control measures during cooking demonstration, measurement, consultations, distribution, etc.
∎ Ensure all protocols are maintaining in the BSFP/TSFP and the staff properly understand it and the activities.
∎ Monitor counseling sessions and Individual counseling with the use of counseling tools.
∎ Ensure proper utilization and distribution of the nutritious foods
∎ Monitor and plan daily activities of CNV (measurement screening, health promotion activities, food cooking demonstration, etc.).
∎ Collect nutrition data.
∎ Clear all financial issues weekly for CNVs at the last day of week.
∎ Ability to analyze and suggest improvements of the activities.
∎ Motivation to improve yourself, your own capacities for all topics.
∎ Provide technical guidance to support all the staff to promote consistent good practices.
∎ Training of the BSFP/TSFP distributor, volunteer and different staffs and encourage dynamically the CNVs.
∎ Build capacity of the teams in terms of :
∎ Identification, inclusion and discharge criteria to ensure the right enrollment of beneficiaries;
∎ IYCF counseling;
∎ Good measurement practices (height, length, weight, MUAC);
∎ Nutrition and health counseling, promotion, key messages;
∎ Data reporting;
∎ Hygiene practices, ...
∎ Attend relevant meetings when required.
∎ Liaise with other humanitarian actors to maximize the collaboration and ensure proper coordination of activities.
∎ Liaise with community leaders regarding TDH activities and with other actors to avoid duplication of activities and cooperative plans.
∎ Constant exchange with colleagues and supervisors, communicates problems and enriches discussions.
∎ Ensure the communication with the beneficiaries about any adjustments of protocols, ration giving, etc.
∎ Organize everyday morning a meeting with the CNV and the team, and before closing the BSFP/TSFP.
∎ Communicate any technical and material needs of the sites including staff capacity gaps.
∎ Report on infrastructure and other security-based issues to the superior.
∎ Concerns raised by beneficiaries are addressed or reported to the responsible stakeholders for action.
∎ Provides feedback to the BSFP/TSFP national coordinator on the situation on the field and constraints affecting the right achievement of the program objectives and on all activity of the staffs.
∎ Weekly reporting of activities of number of admissions, discharges and defaulters; food movement and stock.
∎ Liaise with the BSFP/TSFP national coordinator to solve management, and staff related issues.
∎ Conduct staff appraisal that are directly under your supervision and support guidance to appraisal of staff indirectly under your supervision.
∎ Ensuring adequate distribution of all BSFP/TSFP supplies, reporting tools, visibility to the nutrition centers.
∎ Follow-up and supervise food orders/weekly requests, storage, stock follow-up, inventories, etc. with daily reporting and ensure adequate distribution of all supplies to avoid a stock-outs, through close collaboration with the field logistician and nutrition manager.
∎ Provide logistical advice when required.
∎ Follow-up the performance indicators defined, reports on progress to his/her immediate supervisor (BSFP/TSFP National coordinator), indicate difficulties encountered in project implementation, and propose idea of improvement, reorganization.
∎ Ensure appropriate tools are available and properly utilized in each center, documents achievements and regular records and reports.
∎ Identify staffing needs.
∎ Hold self-accountable for making decisions, managing resources efficiently, achieving and role modeling TDH values.
∎ Create an environment to lead, enable and maintain the culture of child safeguarding.
∎ Ensure that project/s, methodologies, or selection criteria do not place beneficiaries, Tdh staff or any other persons in harm's way.
∎ Alert his/her line manager without delay, in case of impending danger to teams or beneficiaries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of field experience, including significant experience in managing food aid, CMAM programs and/or BSFP/TSFP.
∎ Work experience with other NGO's would be an asset.
∎ Good knowledge on Rohingya refugee programs.
∎ Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point presentations, and Excel spreadsheets).
∎ Strong interpersonal skills & excellent team player.
∎ Ability to manage a fair workload including emergencies.
∎ A commitment to excellence; attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work under stress in general, and in emergency situations in particular.
∎ Ability to adapt or change priorities according to the changing situation within a mission or the organization itself.
∎ Agree to comply with Tdh Code of Conduct and promote Child Safeguarding policy, Policy on the Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and the Policy on (Sexual) Harassment and Abuse of Authority.
∎ Report serious cases of abuse on children that she/he would be aware of in Tdh's intervention locations. Strict confidentiality must be respected.
∎ Adhere to and enforce current administrative and logistical regulations and procedures.
∎ Tdh intervenes without any affiliation for politics, religion or financial profit. He/she will direct his or her activities and engagements without preoccupation of political, racial or religious affiliation.
