Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (Marketing) / Graduation from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
∎ To build product branding, analyzing brand performance & leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brand.
∎ To organize promotional activities, preparing brand marketing plan, media plan and other promotional strategy involved in the development of the company's long term planning to expand new business opportunities and markets.
∎ To develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis.
∎ Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers' wishes
∎ Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
∎ Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
∎ Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
∎ Applicants should have sound knowledge of IT products.
∎ Applicants must have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
