Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.
∎ Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.
∎ Distribute brochures & flyers to source new sales opportunities.
∎ Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.
∎ Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
∎ Constantly building service knowledge and delivering this knowledge in engaging ways.
∎ Setting up attractive displays and promotional booths.
∎ Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.
∎ Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.
∎ Communicate with prospect, describe services, manage stalls and collecting feedbacks from them.
∎ Following up with customers and providing guidance on service acquire.
∎ Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports.
∎ Searching for new card selling & customer acquisition opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Degree in marketing preferable.
∎ Experience in retail recommended.
∎ Sharp customer service skills.
∎ Eloquent and comfortable when delivering presentations.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Excellent observation skills.
∎ Superb verbal communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive sales commission will be given upon achieving targets.
