Responsibilities & Context:
∎ CUSTOMER CONVERSION Carry out frequent field visits to ensure customer conversion. Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion. Submit proposals to potential clients for customer conversion.
∎ COORDINATION Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, product requirements, customer requirements etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
∎ Coordinate with production, Quality assurance, Engineering and Technical departments for smooth execution of orders.
∎ Delivery of sample to the customer as per instruction
∎ Timely submission of customer bills
∎ Working under the overall direction of senior sales officer.
∎ Must have a driving license and own motorcycle.
∎ Any other task will be assigned by management.
