Lumina Nexus is a Bangladesh-based food and beverage management company focused on brand incubation, restaurant operations and long-term business development.

NIVORA is our new international premium ice dessert brand opening soon in Dhaka, offering snowflake shaved ice, sundaes and ice cream milk tea.

We are looking for a creative, responsible and hands-on Brand & Marketing Executive to support the launch and growth of our first NIVORA store in Dhaka. This role is suitable for someone who understands social media, food/lifestyle content, customer engagement and on-site marketing activities.

Manage NIVORA social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Create and publish daily/weekly content for social media platforms.

Plan and support online and offline marketing activities for store opening and daily operation.

Take product photos and short videos for social media content.

Write simple captions, promotional copy and activity messages in English and/or Bangla.

Coordinate with store team, designers, suppliers and mall partners for marketing execution.

Support opening promotions, customer engagement activities, membership campaigns and seasonal campaigns.

Collect customer feedback, monitor comments/messages and report basic marketing results.

Assist with in-store marketing materials such as posters, menu boards, flyers, stickers, coupons and promotion displays.

Visit the store regularly to shoot content, observe customer behavior and support on-site activities.
