Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for delivering growth and profitability of the assigned brand & products
∎ Deploy brand strategies to secure consumers for purchase decision analyzing consumer insights
∎ Plan, strategies and execute to build brand equity and loyalty among target customer by formulating marketing mix in line with ATL, BTL & Digital Landscape
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor’s marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for the product to the right target group.
∎ Implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
∎ Develop sales forecast and maintain inter departmental coordination considering the past trend, consumer insight and future potential.
∎ Ensure effective usage of yearly budget for brand exposure.
∎ Optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
∎ Maintain the internal work process and prevailing regulatory compliance.
