∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Strong understanding of brand positioning, market segmentation, and consumer behavior.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Promotions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
∎ Willingness to travel for market visits and promotional activities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute brand strategies to increase sales and market presence
∎ Plan and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and trade marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
∎ Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of branding initiatives and suggest improvements.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Supply Chain, and Finance) to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Develop and manage digital and offline marketing strategies for brand awareness.
