Minimum 7 years banking service including 03 years as Branch Operations Manager/GB in Charge.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, AML/CFT and CBS platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in both Bengali and English, written and spoken, is essential.
Sound Computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise entire branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing and service delivery.
Must possess deposit mobilization proficiency.
Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations, internal policies and audit standards.
Monitor customer service standards and ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
Coordinate with the Head Office for operational support and regulatory updates.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily, monthly and quarterly operations.
Implement risk management controls and ensure adherence to AML/KYC guidelines.
Oversee vault, ATM and teller operations, ensuring security and accountability.
Conduct periodic reviews of operational processes for continuous improvement.
Train, mentor, and supervise branch staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
Facilitate smooth internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
