Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any subject from any reputed/UGC approved local or foreign university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure customer service and effective supervision of the Branch.
∎ Ensure proper internal security measures of the branch and maintain discipline and decorum for achieving the desired working efficiency at the Branch.
∎ Maintain good standard of interpersonal relationships among the officers and executives and motivate them for ensuring greater customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain meticulous compliance of different regulatory issues / reporting procedures as well as audit recommendations.
∎ Act as Branch Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer (BAMLCO) and ensure full compliance of AML & TF related issues.
∎ Ensure regular and daily checkup of Branch's daily Transactions, GL, PL, Trans Journal affairs,
∎ Security Printing stationeries, Security Forms, Daily Vouchers, Suspense & Sundry Accounts,
∎ Daily Checking of Parking Accounts, Unauthorized entries etc.
∎ Identify weakness/flaws in operational procedures and initiate remedial action.
∎ Act as joint custodian of Cash and valuables in the Branch.
∎ Be involved with Business Development of the Branch.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of more than 5 years in branch operational role.
∎ Proficiency both in written & spoken English and Bengali.
