Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet Sales Target.
∎ Set individual sales goals for management teams and associates, ensuring goals reflect store business goals.
∎ Continuously motivate staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
∎ Implement existing product updates to meet the Branch needs.
∎ Identify slow moving and fast-moving product.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Make report.
∎ Visual Auditing and reporting to The Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum (1-2) years' experience in any reputed Fashion Brand as Assistant Manager/Manager.
∎ Smart & energetic.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
