Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & manage Branch activities as an In-charge
∎ Compliance of all securities rules and regulations of regulatory bodies and to attend DSE, CSE, BSEC etc. queries
∎ Procure new business by bringing in retail and institutional clients and Maintain good relations with client base
∎ Accounting opening & editing with taking prior approval from the competent authority and Safe keeping of the same properly
∎ Receive Cash/Cheque/PO/DD etc from investor(s) & Posting in MBD software properly & submit to Head of Accounts and Daily reconciliation of cash, cheque posting with MBD software
∎ Assist in executing client trades
∎ Receive buy/sale order from the investors/clients through phone, email, buy-sale order form and execute their order accordingly and preserve the same
∎ Provide investment and trading related all sorts of customer support
∎ Forwarding of fund-withdrawal, closing, placement share sale request and other types correspondents etc. to Head Office and facilitate the sale of placement shares (on behalf of clients) and to deposit the proceeds in individual bank account.
∎ Build awareness among the investors about Capital market.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Head of the Division.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Customer service experience
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
