Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve business budget – assets, liabilities and other targets of the branch as set by Head Office.
∎ Maintain strong relation through effective communication with existing and potential customers.
∎ Establish network to improve the visibility and reputation of the branch within the community for creating Brand Awareness and foraging deeper business relationships.
∎ Perform pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures.
∎ Ensure all reporting are done complying with all regulatory compliance and timely manner.
∎ Foster congenial relationship, motivate, guide and counsel all the team members of the branch to attain business objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years’ experience as Branch Manager in Dhaka city
∎ Strong knowledge in business operations, credit and foreign trade related services and guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge about Banks products and services
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ **Candidates from Dhaka City will get preference.
