Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve business budget – assets, liabilities and other targets of the branch as set by Head Office.
∎ Maintain strong relation through effective communication with existing and potential customers.
∎ Establish network to improve the visibility and reputation of the branch within the community for creating Brand Awareness and foraging deeper business relationships.
∎ Perform pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures.
∎ Ensure all reporting are done complying with all regulatory compliance and timely manner.
∎ Foster congenial relationship, motivate, guide and counsel all the team members of the branch to attain business objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 Years of banking experiences with at least 4 years as Branch Manager for Dhaka & Chittagong.
∎ Minimum 7 Years of banking experiences with at least 2 years as Branch Manager for Cox's Bazar & Ramu
