∎ Monitor overall branch distribution and management activities

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidates should ideally have 10 years working experience particularly in branch operations and home loan business with supervisory/managerial role for at least 3 years in any bank or financial institution.
∎ Candidates must have excellent communication skills with leadership qualities and also should be self-driven and result oriented.
