Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after all operational aspects of the branch in a manner that supports reaching the branch target (retail/channel).
∎ Gaining a clear understanding of clients’ requirements.
∎ Answer client’s questions about products, prices, product uses and credit. Recommend products to clients, based on their demand and needs.
∎ Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
∎ Monitor the branch operation & team and motivate the team to improve productivity.
∎ New corporate client creation within branch area and, maintain communication with regular & prospective clients.
∎ Take on the responsibility for orientation and evaluation of all employees & ensure availability of products.
∎ Gather market information and communication effectively with supervisor by sharing useful information and recommendation on effective ways.
∎ Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash
∎ Acting as a bridge between GBPL and its existing and potential markets.
∎ Representing the organization at trade exhibition and potential demonstrations.
∎ Monthly/Quarterly product wise sales achievement, report generates and produces to supervisor.
∎ Reviewing own sales performance and branch performance.
