• The incumbent should have at least 3 years of work experience as In-charge in a large Retail Brand Shop.

• Ensure sales as per business plan.

• Follow up day to day Show Room operation related to all activities.

• Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.

• Follow up inventory, cash, administrative, safety, and security issues related to the showroom.

• Ensure visual merchandising as per plan.

• Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates; Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe and CCTV operation.

• Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Promote new products and offers to customers.

• Compile customers feedback and address the same.
