BPO Operations Executive(English communicators) (Night-Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with inquiries or issues.

• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or problems promptly and efficiently.

• Data Entry: Update customer information and record interactions in CRM systems.
