Responsibilities & Context:
BPO Operations Executive(English communicators) (Night-Shift)
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with inquiries or issues.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or problems promptly and efficiently.
Data Entry: Update customer information and record interactions in CRM systems.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information on products, services, or processes.
Performance Targets: Meet key performance metrics like call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service quality.
Compliance: Follow company policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
