Working Conditions:

• Full-time, flexible working hours (including evenings, weekends, and travel).

• On-call availability during non-business hours.

• Occasional overnight stays may be required for travel-related duties.

Personal Protection:

• Provide direct security for the higher management during business hours and outside working hours, including during travel and at public events.

• Accompany the higher management to meetings, events, conferences, and any travel arrangements (domestic and international).

• Assess potential threats, determine risks, and implement protective measures to ensure the safety of the higher management

• Anticipate and mitigate any possible security risks to the higher management in real-time, both proactively and re-actively.

Risk Assessment & Threat Management:

• Conduct regular risk assessments of the higher management's environments (office, residence, vehicles, etc.) and provide recommendations for improving security.

• Monitor and report any potential threats, ensuring the higher management’s safety at all times.

• Develop and implement contingency plans for emergency situations, including evacuation procedures, to ensure swift responses to any crises.

• Confidentiality and Discretion:

• Handle all matters related to the safety and security of the higher management with utmost discretion and confidentiality.

• Be respectful of the higher management’s privacy and maintain a low profile when not in direct protective duty.

Travel Coordination and Logistics:

• Plan and coordinate safe and efficient travel arrangements for the higher management, ensuring their security during all trips.

• Accompany the higher management during business and personal travel, ensuring their protection at all stages of the journey.

• Prepare security and contingency plans for travel, including the evaluation of transportation options and travel routes.

Emergency Response:

• Respond to emergency situations swiftly and appropriately, including medical emergencies, security breaches, or threats.

• Be prepared to execute emergency evacuations, safeguard the higher management from potential harm, and maintain control in high-pressure situations.

Security Equipment Management:

• Manage and ensure the proper functioning of all security-related equipment, such as communication devices, vehicles, and any other protective gear.

• Stay current on security technology and make recommendations for new tools or strategies that can improve the higher management’s safety.

Collaboration with External Security:

• Coordinate with local law enforcement and security teams when necessary, ensuring effective communication and a seamless security approach.

• Collaborate with other members of the higher management’s staff to maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
