Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable.
∎ Minimum HSC pass & should have professional experience in related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen.
∎ Prepare a wide variety of goods such as Designer/ croissant, baguette verities of breads, tarts, cookies, pies, etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
∎ Manages purchasing, inventory, and food cost for the section.
∎ Should have knowledge of baking bread and ingredients.
∎ Create new and exciting desserts.
∎ To manage bakery on a day-to-day basis
∎ Ensure availability of raw materials.
∎ Maintain cleanliness & hygiene.
∎ Innovation of products & processes.
∎ Understanding of market/client demand.
∎ Keep track of competition activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 05 (five) years working experience as a Bakery Chef in renowned organization.
∎ The candidate must have a Proven experience as Bakery Chef;
∎ Excellent physical condition and stamina;
∎ Depth knowledge about kitchen appliances;
∎ Outstanding communication and leadership skills
∎ A team player with a positive attitude
∎ Comfort with working under pressure, High Stress Tolerance, Quick Lerner;
∎ English language & Bangla must
∎ Mind set to assist to Head Chef.
