∎ Language Skills: Proficiency in both Bengali and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

∎ Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, supervise staff, and maintain a positive work environment.

∎ গাড়ির নিউ স্পেয়ার পার্টস বিক্রয় ও ক্রয় কার্যক্রম দক্ষভাবে সম্পন্ন করা
∎ ইনভেন্টরি ও স্টক সঠিকভাবে ম্যানেজ করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী রিফিল নিশ্চিত করা
∎ কাস্টমারের চাহিদা বোঝা এবং উপযুক্ত পার্টস সাজেস্ট করা
∎ বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনে কৌশল নির্ধারণ ও প্রয়োগ করা
∎ ক্রেতাদের সাথে পেশাদার সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং মানসম্মত সার্ভিস প্রদান করা
∎ সাপ্লায়ারদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য সংগ্রহ নিশ্চিত করা
∎ বিক্রয়, ক্রয় ও ইনভেন্টরির হিসাব সংরক্ষণ করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা
∎ প্রোডাক্ট ডিসপ্লে, প্রাইস ট্যাগ ও দোকানের পরিবেশ পরিষ্কার ও গুছানো রাখা
∎ দোকানের কর্মীদের কাজ তদারকি করা (যদি কর্মী থাকে) এবং দায়িত্ব বণ্টন করা
∎ ম্যানেজমেন্টকে বিক্রয় উন্নয়ন বিষয়ক পরামর্শ প্রদান করা

∎ আল-করিম মটরস একটি স্বনামধন্য অটোমোটিভ স্পেয়ার পার্টস বিক্রয়কারী প্রতিষ্ঠান, যেখানে গ্রাহকদের জন্য উচ্চমানের গাড়ির নিউ পার্টস সরবরাহ করা হয়। ক্রমবর্ধমান চাহিদা এবং বিক্রয় কার্যক্রম আরও সুসংগঠিত করার লক্ষ্যে, আমরা একজন অভিজ্ঞ ও পেশাদার ম্যানেজার/সেলসম্যান খুঁজছি, যিনি আমাদের স্পেয়ার পার্টসসহ শোরুমের সকল দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম দক্ষভাবে পরিচালনা করবেন। এই পদে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তি বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি, কাস্টমার সার্ভিস এবং স্টক ম্যানেজমেন্টে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবেন।
∎ দায়িত্বসমূহ (Job Responsibilities):
∎ দোকানের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও মনিটরিং করা
∎ গাড়ির নিউ স্পেয়ার পার্টস বিক্রয় ও ক্রয় কার্যক্রম দক্ষভাবে সম্পন্ন করা
∎ ইনভেন্টরি ও স্টক সঠিকভাবে ম্যানেজ করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী রিফিল নিশ্চিত করা
∎ কাস্টমারের চাহিদা বোঝা এবং উপযুক্ত পার্টস সাজেস্ট করা
