∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Expertise in one or more: Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, Python/Django, Java Spring Boot.
∎ Strong understanding of NoSQL database systems such as MongoDB
∎ Strong knowledge about ORM, ODM, Prisma, GraphQL etc.
∎ Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
∎ Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests.
∎ Expertise in one or more: Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, Python/Django, Java Spring Boot.

∎ Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using your preferred stack (e.g., MERN / Laravel / Python / Java Spring Boot).
∎ Build scalable and secure server-side solutions.
∎ Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
∎ Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to deliver high-quality applications.
∎ Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
∎ Integrate with third-party APIs and cloud services.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer proficient in one or more of the following technologies: MERN stack, Laravel, Python, or Java Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will design and implement server-side logic, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications and high performance under load.
