Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement a detail corporate finance plan which will include acquisition, structuring and retention of good large and emerging corporate clients with adequate collateral and credit rating, monitoring, follow up, recovery, sales governance, training and development.
∎ Actively participate and make valuable contributions in policy changes, and customer experience.
∎ Prepare industry preferred segmentation plan as per detail analysis and market research.
∎ Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on consistency of income/sources of fund of a customer and the transactions relating to the account. Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as & when required.
∎ Onboard prospective clients, analyze applicants' financial status, assess the associated risks with the proposed financing and negotiate adequate mitigating measures.
∎ Prepare Appraisal Reports, Inspection & Evaluation, Submission to CEC, Loan Documentation, Securitization, Disbursement, Monitoring, Follow Up and Recovery.
∎ Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for corporate finance.
∎ Regular monitoring of collection of loans/leases on due date.
∎ Deposit mobilization target from corporate & individual clients.
∎ Comply with Bangladesh bank rules & regulations and reporting.
∎ Contact with the prospective and existing clients for assessing their financing needs.
∎ Protected company assets with strategic risk management approaches.
∎ Generate revenue & maintain lower OD, NPL, PAR of loan portfolio.
∎ Ensure customer service quality management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years' experience in relevant department in leading Bank or financial institutions.
∎ Customer centric with exceptional sales skills.
∎ Solid understanding of local law, Bangladesh Bank Rules & Regulations.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Smart & pro-active.
∎ Positive attitude, & good negotiation skills.
∎ Good in Excel, PP Presentation.
