∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Candidate with experience of various tools, equipment and procedures
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and workforce allocation for day-to-day operations.
∎ Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Head of Operations.
∎ Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials in the Service Area.
∎ Work with the Operations team to respond to client’s requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate.
∎ Investigate customer complaints and concerns arising from products and suggest appropriate solutions. Discuss with team to identify appropriate course of action.
∎ Identify staff that require on-going training and implement training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved.
∎ Provide feedback to staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure human resources are informed of trends in performance.
∎ Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures.
∎ Plan and prepare annual budget for the department and facilities, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Follow up closely during implementation.
∎ Estimate costs and time required for repair or maintenance of the vehicle.
∎ Educate and instruct mechanic to learn mechanic skills.
∎ To test and confer with customers to obtain description of vehicle problems and discuss the necessary work to be performed.
∎ Plan, organize and coordinate the day-to-day running of the workshop. E.g., Writing work orders (Job sheet) and arranging mechanic to perform maintenance and repair work on vehicles.
∎ Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department.
∎ Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
∎ Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
∎ Accounts for all documents; ensures that none are missing, and all are processed correctly.
∎ Monitors and follows up on parts orders with the store in charge to ensure availability.
∎ Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases.
∎ Ensures that the work areas and customer waiting area are kept clean.
∎ Prepare the cost estimates including the services and repair costs and the cost of spare parts, if needed.
∎ Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed.
∎ Take feedback on the work of each service advisors before leaving the office at the end of the day.
∎ Checking and signing the job card to see if the cost of the work and the price of the parts are recorded.
∎ Supervise whether the employees are attending work on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skills.
∎ Should have a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self-composure in a high-pressure workplace.
