Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design

• Diploma in Architecture/Civil from reputed institution.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design

• Age 25 to 35 years

• The applicants should have experience in Drafting (RCC & Steel) by using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Detailing, Revit and etc.

• The applicants should have experience in reputed Consultancy Firm, Architectural/Interior Design Firm, Any reputed construction firm and etc.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction practices should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect.

• Knowledge of FAR calculation & RAJUK rules & Municipal (Pourosova) approval drawing.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Preparing Structural Working Drawing as per instruction of Structural Engineer.

• Preparing Plumbing and Electrical drawing required for construction purpose.

• Preparing Architectural Floor plan, Elevation, Section & Details Working Drawing.

• Preparing the preliminary presentation layout plans or proposal as per instruction of structural Engineer.

• Preparing as built Drawing of completed projects.

• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.

• Coordination with Engineering Team for related design & support to execute the plan.

• Any other task assignment by management.

• As per company policy.
