Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE from any Reputed University. And/or MS in Renewable Energy Technology (RET) or MBA or any other relevant discipline.
Job Context:
∎ We are hiring Asstt. Manager/ Manager in our Sales & Marketing Dept. for our ongoing Business Development.
∎ Those who have working experience in Solar and related Power Sectors as well as have passion to build their career in leading and promoting Green Energy of BD are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop monthly and annual sales plan and achieve accordingly.
∎ Prepare Technical, Financial proposal including design, drawing, BoM, finalizing product options with the projection of power generation etc. for Commercial, Industrial & Residential Rooftop and other Solar projects.
∎ Assist Management in estimating the costing, pricing and strategies for targeted Projects and Markets.
∎ Coordinate with Foreign/local Suppliers & Manufacturers, Govt. Ministries and RMG/Textile Companies.
∎ Manage sales team, schedule and monitor marketing activity to achieve the given target.
∎ Supervise supply, installation and commissioning of solar projects with the field engineers.
∎ Perform Market Intelligence activities as per business policies set by the Management.
∎ Manage digital marketing for product promotion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: Preferably 2 to 5 year(s) of relevant work experience for the position of Manager OR at least 1 year work experience for the position of Assistant Manager.
∎ Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Communication & Presentation skills, Good Team Leader, MS Office including MS Excel, Basic Civil Construction Knowledge.
∎ Basic Job Requirements:
∎ Strong theoretical knowledge in Power including Solar & Wind.
∎ Clear understanding of On-grid & Off-grid Solar Power Systems, Inverters, Rectifiers, Controllers & Battery.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS Office, Spreadsheet analysis.
∎ Other attributes such as extrovert, creative, proactive, can do attitude and result oriented.
