Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 45 years
  • Sound knowledge of tender processing through digital signature
  • Must have Good Communication skills including formal letter writing, drafting for replying tender queries etc.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ability to work with large, corporate & SMB accounts for selling ICT
  • Products and Solutions Capacity to prepared Technical & Commercial Proposal for product or solution against Tender/RFQ from Government or any Corporate customers
  • Preparing, filling and completing all the operational steps for tender submission on a timely basis
  • Competent in product specification designing for various tenders to generate business
  • Collection of Work-orders from concerned department as and when required
  • Closely communicating with Product manager, Team leaders and concerned person to evaluate sales strategy and results with regular follow-up on potential sales leads
  • Ability to negotiate with the decision maker with applicable department
  • Appropriate follow up with customers regarding payment issue, maintaining proper on line and off line follow up on potential sales leads
  • Depth knowledge to evaluate the new business opportunities / tenders with an ability to deal creation and closing and provide solutions for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solution
  • Ability to make Quotations, Maintaining a tracker of all the tenders
  • Must be accountable to lead and monitor sales team to achieve yearly target by monitoring team performance and motivating team members to accomplish target
  • Capacity to effectively execute and manage on every element of the sales process on an individual level and build a top-notch direct sales team in the near future
