  • Strong fluency in writing, speaking, and typing in English & Bangla.

  • Strong media handling and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent proofreading and editing abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

BASIS is seeking a skilled and proactive professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Public Relations & Media Communications. The role requires strong media communication, content development, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with media, ministries, embassies, and industry partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute PR strategies, publicity activities, and communication.

  • Prepare press releases, articles, presentations, and social media content.

  • Maintain effective communication with media houses and ensure positive media coverage.

  • Communication with ministries, embassies, and other stakeholders as required.

  • Respond to media and public inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop and manage digital and visual communication content.

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare analytical reports on campaign performance.

  • Draft, proofread, and finalize official correspondence including letters to ministries, embassies, and other organizations.
