Job Context:
BASIS is looking for a competent and creative individual for the position of Senior Executive Content & Communications. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality content, managing organizational communications, and supporting documentation, events, and public relations activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Draft annual reports, event reports, evaluation reports, and finalize them after management review
Prepare MoUs, concept notes, proposals, and working papers
Develop content for newsletters, magazine, website, and social media platforms
Create content for flyers, leaflets, banners, certificates, and other promotional materials
Prepare meeting minutes for meetings, committee meetings,
Manage documentation for committees and internal meetings
Draft press invitations, press releases, and stakeholder communications
Develop e-invitations, event rundowns, A/V & MC scripts
Coordinate with event and design teams for content finalization
Manage and update social media platforms and engage with users
Assist in project documentation, ToR development, and reporting
Perform any other tasks assigned by management
