Education:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CSE, Business, or related field.
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (mandatory).

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
Experience in FMCG / Sales MIS.
Knowledge of ERP systems or business applications.
Experience in automation tools (VBA, Oracle, Apps Script).
Understanding of data visualization best practices.
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
Experience working with Oracle APEX or similar platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and data systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for management decisions.
Design interactive dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel (Pivot, Power Query, VBA).
Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
Design and develop applications using Oracle APEX and manage backend using SQL/PLSQL.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
• Automate reporting and business processes using Oracle, VBA, or other tools.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for data and system requirements.
Assist in system integration and development related to MIS and reporting.
Monitor sales trends, distribution performance, and business growth metrics.
