• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors

The position will be responsible for driving IT strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals

• Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology roadmap

• Manage IT budget, resources, and vendor relationships

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

IT Infrastructure Management

• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure

• Maintain system availability and network reliability

• Oversee third-party IT service providers

IT Security & Compliance

• Implement cybersecurity frameworks and data protection policies

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Monitor and mitigate IT risks

ERP & Business Applications

• Oversee ERP implementation and enterprise systems

• Ensure system integration and performance optimization

• Manage system upgrades and enhancements

IT Operations & Support

• Lead IT support team for smooth operations

• Ensure efficient service desk and user support

• Develop team capability and performance

Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage IT budgets
