The Head of IT will be responsible for shaping and executing the Group`s technology vision, ensuring robust IT operations, and driving digital transformation aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Develop and execute the Group`s IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
Lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee technology roadmap implementation.
Plan and manage the IT department’s short-term and long-term goals, budgets, resources, systems, and vendor relationships.
Engage with user groups across the organization to gather feedback and prioritize system enhancements.
Drive innovation and technology adoption to support business scalability.
