• Platform Expertise: Extensive experience in Mobile-First and Responsive Design, ensuring seamless performance across high-traffic consumer-facing platforms.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of E-commerce and Food Delivery logic, specifically optimizing checkout flows, real-time order tracking, and menu navigation to maximize conversion.

• UX Methodology: Proven ability to conduct User Research and Usability Testing to identify and eliminate user friction, translating insights into high-fidelity designs.

• Product Synergy: Skilled in maintaining scalable Design Systems and collaborating within Agile/Scrum frameworks to align design outputs with engineering constraints and business objectives.

• Design Philosophy: Committed to a User-Centric approach, combining modern visual aesthetics with intuitive Information Architecture to deliver smooth, end-to-end user journeys.

• Design smooth, end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms

• Enhance food ordering, checkout, and order tracking flows

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience

• Assist in building and maintaining design systems

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to implement designs

• Follow modern UX patterns and ensure consistency across products
