Job Context- Foodi Express Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to support procurement opetations, vendor management, and purchasing strategies for Foodi Mart. This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing cost in a fast-paced, inventory-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Source food and non-food items from approved and reliable suppliers
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply
Coordinate purchase orders and inventory requirements with warehouse and operations team.
Maintain and update vendors contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on quality, reliability, and delivery standards.
Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with sales forecasts and business demand.
