Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead & supervise to the team and improve overall performance.
∎ Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity.
∎ Assign and designate sales targets to the ales personnel.
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss products and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
∎ Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals.
∎ Sales individual is responsible for helping build up our business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them.
∎ Have to maintain relationships with current clients and to build relationship with clients.
∎ Must be able to search out business leads.
∎ Keep close contact with the customers and visit projects continuously to achieve sales targets.
∎ Immediate response to any Sales queries and follows up accordingly.
∎ Build Effective Relationship with the Customers & Maintain Client Database (CRM).
∎ Closing sales with Customer Management and Accounts Department.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business Electronics industry especially in Air Conditioner sector.
∎ The candidate should have previous Sales experience.
∎ Good customer relationships.
∎ Systematic & balanced work.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Excellent follow-up skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be responsible and honest.
∎ Must be a team player, cooperative mentality, ability to lead a big team, and leadership qualities.
