Responsibilities & Context:
Exposure to buyer sample development and fit session follow-up.
Experience in coordinating between merchandising, IE, and production teams.
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of patterns, construction methods, and trims.
Hands-on knowledge of CAD / manual pattern adjustments.
Understanding of fabric types, wash effects, and shrinkage handling.
Knowledge of sample lead time planning and efficiency improvement.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Good supervisory skills and ability to guide sewing operators, pattern makers, and CAD staff.
Strong coordination ability with merchandising and production teams.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
Strong communication in English (email handling & technical explanation).
