∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having good knowledge of ERP and Other ERPs must have an understanding business process of the RMG sector.
∎ Contribute to the enhancement, monitoring, planning, testing and ongoing implementation of the company's leading, advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
∎ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of delivering solutions.
∎ Can setup the business processes in ERP.
∎ Monitor system performance of ERP system and troubleshoot ERP issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
∎ Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring security policies and procedures.
∎ Leading the team and developing the new requirements of the processes and businesses.
∎ Provide technical support of ERP and assistance to end users, resolving ERP issues.
∎ Plan and implement ERP projects, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
∎ Install, configure and maintain software components of ICT infrastructure, including Linux servers and peripherals.
∎ Conduct and coordinate the training activities of management employees provide them with support throughout the office, and help with troubleshooting.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
