Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Washing), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Washing Factory
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up washing including Dry and Wet process production.
∎ Making plan to complete schedule in time with best quality of products.
∎ Follow up and monitor the Production schedule and action plan to ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Good knowledge about oven garments/Denim-non-denim dying.
∎ Check Product quality throughout the day to maintain proper productivity.
∎ Ensuring products comply with quality and legal standards..
∎ Ensure quality during bulk production period & to control rejects
∎ Proper utilization of manpower and resources
∎ Follow up the delivery of manufacturing goods.
∎ Ensuring that the product meets customer requirements
∎ Perform any other tasks that assigned from seniors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 3 years working experience in any reputed woven washing factory is preferable.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent academic result.
∎ Fluent in English
∎ Good computer skills
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Creative and dynamic candidates with leadership skills.
