∎ Multifabs Limited (100% export oriented Knit composite Factory). One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-1401, ISO-45001, GOTS, OCS etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 75 Sewing lines with 33 tons Knitting & 35 tons Dyeing capacity under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability. Multifabs Ltd. is conducting a lot of CSR activities among the employees as well as social affairs.
∎ Job Responsibilities:· Perform the required tasks to handle & manage from cut to finish overall responsibility. · Supervise and direct activities of the sewing department to meet daily production targets.· Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of the machine and skilled operatives.· Review the monthly sewing production schedule and work out a plan to determine staffing and other resource requirements to meet the deadlines.· Monitor, control, and utilization of men, machines and materials for optimum productivity.· Handling sewing activities and meeting on-time processes to meet shipment deadlines.· Maintain quality products for each style and no compromise with quality everywhere.· Report on productivity, materials, inventory and reconciliation of individual style.· Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring about continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.· Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.· Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.· Establish effective communication with the finishing and cutting manager to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.· Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration, overproduction, and an extra hour of work.· Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.· Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.· Ensure hundred percent availability of human and other resources for his/her respective line/section.· Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, and identify training needs.· To handle a minimum of 20 sewing lines
