∎ Job Role:- To executive section wise policy, plan & program of quality and food safety management system in cake plant.
∎ Key Deliverables:-
∎ QA policy & program execution
∎ Execution of Quality planning
∎ Compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements
∎ Inspection of finished goods as per plan
∎ Trouble shooting- deviation found vs corrective action

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have skills on testing, monitoring and reporting.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
