∎ B.Sc in Food Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily production as per plan
∎ Monitor the production preparation and ensure that the production schedule is followed properly
∎ Check the calibration of equipments
∎ Follow up of in process materials and their conditions as per standard
∎ Online problem discussion, find solution and ensure cooperation to solve the problem
∎ Prepare and submit Daily and Monthly Production Report to Production Head
∎ Check and follow chemical weight and standard recipe of all products
∎ Implement product changeover and monitor Acceptable Quality Limit (ALC)
∎ Ensure product quality as per their parameter with the help of QA team
∎ Coordinate with Maintenance team to ensure schedule and breakdown maintenance of all Machinery
∎ Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all equipment
∎ Allocate required manpower properly
∎ Monitor the performance of allocated people
∎ Take care of workers’ safety
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping in production area
∎ Try to control production process and use of packing materials to minimize wastage
∎ Provide training to subordinates to increase their productivity
∎ Monitor the performance of subordinates and identify the skill gaps
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have skills on machine operation.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
