Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices into our company, driving environmental responsibility, and fostering a culture of social and ethical consciousness.
∎ Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within AKIJ Resources.
∎ Create Human Resource Plans (HRPs) that are in line with the business plan and the workforce needs of the Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
∎ Perform job analysis for various positions and ensure the Source to hire.
∎ Create and carry out plans for employer branding.
∎ Ensure HR operational services & documentation (medical coverage, insurance, transfers, NOCs, and personnel files etc.)
∎ Ensure to grab champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. (Talent management & OD).
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain compensation packages to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
∎ Prepare an HR budget, determine CTC, overhead costs, pay out ratios, and take remedial action by analyzing HR data.
∎ Perform TNI & create an annual training plan, and approve the budget.
∎ Create training modules, programs, and assess the efficacy of the training.
∎ Ensure employee welfare benefits.
∎ Maintain the resignation, exit interview, clearance, and final settlement to ensure the offboarding procedure.
