Experience

• Minimum Three (3) Years Practical Experience in Knit and Woven Dyeing-Printing Field as Process Audit / Production / Planning / Quality Officer from Reputed Organizations.

Additional Requirements

• Adequate knowledge on MS Office package especially in Advanced MS Excel.
• Knowledge Required in Industrial ERP, E-mail and Internet
• Must be Honest, Polite, Sincere, Pro-active, Self-motivated, Energetic, Hard Working and Non-Smoker.

Job Context:

• Rocky Group are the largest manufacturing & exporting company in Bangladesh looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate who has experience on Asst. Officer / Officer – Internal Audit (Production & MCD-Supply Chain) in the largest textile manufacturing unit.

• Conduct in-depth audits of departments, identifying control weaknesses and recommending improvements

Job responsibilities:

• Main Roll in Production: All Types of Production works Full Processes Audit (Order Confirmation to Order Closing: System Development, Follow-up & Report) for Knit & Woven Fabrics Dyeing-Finishing, Washing and Printing.

• Costing: Process wise Batch Costing & Consumption Audit to find out the Actual Profit/Loss.

• Sample: Follow-up the process of Samples Development to Order Confirmation, Report on Sample vs Order Ratio and Drive to Control the Free Samples.

• Quality: Follow-up to Confirm that every Materials in-house to use & produced Finished Goods are Quality full.

• Efficiency: Physical Check & Follow-up to Confirm High Efficiency of Installations, Planning, Manpower and Outputs including Civil & Maintenance works.

• Main Roll in MCD-Supply Chain: All Store Operations under Materials Control Department (MCD) and Supply Chain activities Physical Follow-up and Reporting On-the-Spot Physical Audit at Sight Covering Every Points of Receive & Delivery Systems, Program wise All Challan-Gate Pass-Quantity-Quality Inspections, Storing System, Inventory, Misuse, Forgery, Related Transport Operations and Security System.

• Others: Assist to Seniors to Coordinating the Auditors Engaged in Various Roles i.e. Marketing, Sales & Recovery Audit, Audit of Leftover / Reject / Scrap / Waste Control, Other Administrative activities & Non-Fulfillment of Compliances and Any other Task / Assignments given by the HOD.
