Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing vouchers and ensuring entry to software on a regular basis.
∎ Reconcile the Bank account with the Bank statement.
∎ To maintain petty cash fund.
∎ Prepare and maintain payment and receipt statements and report to supervisor accordingly
∎ Maintain and update cash books, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
∎ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook).
∎ Willingness to work for extended hours under pressure and meet deadlines.
