Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a reputed university will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in handling LCC WAIKIKI, Turkey Customer is preferable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan product ranges and stock plans in conjunction with buyers
∎ Make liaison with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors
∎ Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter department activities.
∎ Monitor activities from sampling, development to shipment stage.
∎ Forecast profits and sales using computer programs
∎ Optimize the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas
∎ Analyze every aspect of the best and worst sellers (for example, the best-selling price points, colors or styles)
∎ Gather information relating to the customer reaction to products
∎ Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes
∎ Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers
∎ Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with them as and when they occur
∎ Manage, train, supervise and discipline staff
∎ Ensure work place safety & compliance is met.
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned by the management
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be knowledge in ERP software.
∎ Should have product costing knowledge.
∎ Should able to work under pressure.
∎ Capable to manage different Buyer's requirement independently
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
∎ Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ Focused and detail oriented.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Efficiently provide all kinds of support to the group leader from receiving order to final shipment
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
∎ Should be a long-term planner.
