Job Responsibilities:
∎ To know the all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ To monitor, Co-ordinate and promote the company Quality system and grey fabric quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirement
∎ Effectively interact with technical, development and production teams to maintain grey fabric quality.
∎ Have ability to find out all types of grey fabric faults and responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problem.
∎ Assist to reduce fabric rejection 100% & increase the best grey fabric's delivery for dyeing
∎ To lead and develop an effective knitting QC team and technical staffs.
∎ Co-ordinate with Lab and collect update data of required test.
∎ To develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ To design & develop new ways regarding improvement of fabric quality
∎ Directly assist with knitting outside QC & improve quality standard.
∎ Assign the QC in the various place to ensure 100% quality fabric.
∎ Maintain the QA manual, QA report, QA format of the company and report to knitting dept. head daily basis.
∎ Maintain an effective working relationship with related departments.
∎ Work closely with the factory QC team.
∎ Should have an accuracy of inspection judgment.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.
