∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures.
∎ Manage and lead a team of sales associates, setting performance goals and providing guidance and support.
∎ Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
∎ Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
∎ Train and onboard new employees.
∎ Analyze sales data and trends to make informed business decisions.
∎ Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
